Abstract

Research of coping-behaviour of teachers is presented in the article. Essence of the concept “coping”, which includes certain socially-psychological and individually-personal determinants, are being disclosed. Basic descriptions of the analyzed phe­nomenon are selected: functions of coping, coping-mechanisms, coping-strategies and coping-resources. The stages of coping-behaviour are examined, and also the types of display of coping-strategies are selected. The analysis of scientific psychological researches is made on this issue, on the basis of which the algorithm of coping-behav­iour is created. Factors which are instrumental in efficiency of coping-behaviourare are being researched. Passive coping-strategies are being determined, the algorithm of ineffective coping is created. The psychological features of coping-behaviour of teach­ers are selected. Personality-professional descriptions which influence the efficiency of coping-behaviour of teachers are discussed. Research of individual coping-strate­gies of teachers and their role is conducted in development of personality potential of teachers.
