Professional frustrations in the context of competitive pedagogue personality formation

Abstract

Theoretical analysis of professional frustration problem reveals the specifics of emotional tension in the teacher’s professional activity. Functions and tense factors uncovering in pedagogical activity concretizes the main emotional and behavior reac­tions which appear in cases of emergency. Situational approach to the frustration clas­sification in pedagogical activity creates an opportunity in determining the contents of emotional reactions in the sphere of professional cooperation. Stereotypy character­istics of frustration behavior are expressed in reduction of psychic process stability, confusion and loss of control; they concretize conditions of pedagogical deformations rise.
