PSYCHOLOGICAL MECHANISMS OF EXIT FROM CONFLICT COMMUNICATIVE SITUATIONS

Abstract

The article examines the study of the speech behaviour in the conflict communicative interaction. Describing it, an attempt was made to identify and analyse psychological mechanisms of exit from conflict communicative situations. Among them there are: linguistic (verbal) and paralinguistic (non-verbal) report, infection, reincarnation, reframing, speech behaviour in the form of avoidance, visual-kinaesthetic dissociation, the mechanism of «reincarnation», rational analysis of the conflict situation, the mechanism of «dissociation», the mechanism of aggravation (or suspense), the mechanism of prediction of the conflict situation development, the mechanism of prevention of the conflict situation, the mechanism of stimulation of the conflict situation, the mechanism of regulation of the conflict situation, the mechanism of avoidance, the mechanism of rivalry, the mechanism of finding the compromise, the mechanism of cooperation, the mechanism of foresight, the mechanism of conviction and mythologization, the mechanism of conflict situation framing, the mechanism of the narrative, the mechanism of suggestion.
Besides, there were also described conflict levels which indicate the actualization of the mechanisms during the conflict situation.
