Abstract

The existent approaches (interpersonal, existentional, organizational) to the re­search of the burning out syndrome, its different theoretical models, the pictures of the stages of his origin testify to the system nature of this phenomenon. A conclusion has been formulated about the necessity of a system research of this phenomenon on the basis of personality-activity approach.
