Psychology-acmelogical determinants of a team in the educational activity

Abstract

Work is devoted to studying psychological-acmeologic determinants of a team in the educational activity. Benefits of team approach in the development of cognitive activity in adolescence are stated. It is defined that there are traditional (psychodiag-nostic) and unconventional (assessment centers) methods of diagnosis and selection of the team in training activities.
