Abstract

The article presents the results of approbation of the program studies which is used to teach students the Department of Psychology to the theoretical and practical foundations of organizing and conducting socio-psychological training. Now the method of psychological training is more popular into the various spheres of life and there is one of the methods of interactive learning which helps to link theoretical knowledge with practice promotes the development of creative abilities of the individual, to improve communication skills and professional skills, opens the way of self-actualization.

Main objectives of the course is the study of theoretical aspects and methodology of socio-psychological training; mastery and further the free use of professional terminology, introduction to the internal environment and organizational aspects of the socio-psychological training, with the basic directions of training activity; formation of students’ internal professional motivation, professional communication skills.

The proposed training course facilitates the acquisition of skills intelligent application of theoretical and practical knowledge that is accumulated during the training of future psychologists. The use of active and interactive forms and methods of training provides their effective assimilation of because they are included in the individual experience of the student.
