Abstract

The article is devoted to a problem of training the volunteers in rendering the emergency psychological aid by telephone. The importance of express training of volunteers to work in the telephone services of psychological aid in the conditions of emergency and crisis situations in society is proved. The main advantages and limitations of telephone counseling are considered. The content of training programs is revealed, and the basic forms and directions of training the volunteers as well as the main conditions for study organization are considered. The main goals and objectives of training programs in crisis telephone counseling for volunteers are defined. The specific features of work of the volunteers in rendering the emergency psychological aid by telephone in the conditions of public crises are defined. The main tasks of the emergency psychological aid by telephone are defined. The basic principles of practical activities of telephone service of the emergency psychological aid are revealed. The generalized experience results of the development, organization and carrying out educational programs for training the volunteers to work in the service of the emergency psychological aid by telephone are presented.
