Abstract

Becoming of teacher is examined in the article — professional, as subject of profes­sional activity, which is the purpose of modern higher pedagogical education, founda­tion of his change and perfection. Research of category professional consciousness of teacher of higher school is important direction in the decision of теоретико — practi­cal tasks in psychology of professionalism of pedagogical labour, which is put modern higher education.
