Abstract

In the article there considered the theoretical aspects of studying the problem of motivational orientation and activity of manager. The results of research of maintenance are presented, structure and mechanism of forming of motivational orientation personality and activity of manager in a process professional development.

Motivational processes are underlying activity of man and determine a conduct and professional activity of personality, direction and vital functions. Therefore determination of maintenance, structure and mechanism of forming of motivational orientation personality and activity of manager in the process of professional development was and remains the most difficult problem in psychological science.

The purpose of the article is opening of maintenance, structure, mechanism of forming of motivational orientation personality and activity of manager in the process of professional development. Theoretical aspects of the studying the problem of motivational orientation personality and activity of manager include in the process of professional development: determination of maintenance, structure, features and mechanism of forming of motivational orientation personality and activity of manager in the process of professional development.

The results got in research allow:

– to extend the picture of the rich in content loading of psychological factors of motivational orientation personality of manager in the process of professional development, that exist in psychology of business and management;

– to show the productivity of the use of the psychological going near the study of problem of motivational orientation personality of manager;

– on the early stages of forming of professional manager these factors, at first, are poorly «strained» and, secondly, not unique. However as far as growth of efficiency of professional activity of manager and raising on the high-quality new level of his professional development and growth, put right and stabilized within the framework of accessible personality backlogs (foundation of model);

– oriented on this model, a manager or organizational psychologist can estimate the structure of motivational orientation presently and prospects of it subsequent dynamics, and also to use this model in program of development of motivational orientation personality and activity of managers development;

– to improve the processes of selection, placing and development of personnel, sparing the special attention qualities and capabilities of employees, what they show in risk situations;

– to improve organization of joint activity of employees;

– on the whole to promote efficiency of control system by risks, built in behalf of company and to its proprietors, that will provide achievement of financial indexes in same queue, will prevent the losses of important for business assets and resources, will help to avoid problems with a legislation and save good character at the market.

Research results can find the subsequent use in directions:

– developments of psycho diagnostic methods for the practical use, which would measure different components of the offered model directly;

– are developments of methodical materials and programs of the special courses, devoted the study of problems of forming of motivational orientation personality in the process of professional development.
