Abstract

The increasing number of publications in the psychology on the issue of student educational and cognitive activity self-organization reflects the scientists’ growing interest to this issue.

In today’s competitive labour market, active, motivated, educated professionals striving to improve themselves, to search for new and effective forms of their activity organization have much more prospects and opportunities.

In these circumstances, the importance of mastering the skills of self-organization and self-control of educational and cognitive activity is increasing for students. To make the process successful, students must feel comfortable, avoid emotional stress, and various fears.

Our assumption about the correlation between the fears indicators with the features of student activity self-organization has been confirmed. If we analyze the whole sample of subjects in general, the nature of this relationship is positive, which suggests that in more intensive and expressed student fears tendencies to various educational and cognitive activity self-organization forms are expressed more significantly, and in particular to the regularity in the work and to the use of external funds.
