PSYCHOLOGICAL RESERVE SELF-REALIZATION SCAENTISTMEDICAL

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to present the results of theoretical and empirical analysis of conditions self-realization scientist-physician. The study involved 29 post-graduate doctors, which subjectively and objectively (colleagues and supervisor) rated as successful. We used the following methods: observation, conversation, as well as codes and standardized methods: 1) technique «Samoaktualizatsionny test» (Yu.E. Alёshinoy, L. Ya.Gozman, etc.), 2) a questionnaire to identify the dominant instinct (V. I. Garbuzov) 3) questionnaire professional preferences (J. Holland), 4) «individual-typological questionnaire» (L. N. Sobchik), 5) technique «constructive motivation» (O. P. Eliseeva), 6) test ’ability to self-government «developed under the leadership N. M. Peysahova, 7) assessment methodology manifestations of innovation potential of the person (Yu.A. Vlasenko), 8) «The original test — questionnaire of social adaptability» (O. P. Sannikova and O. V. Kuznetsova), 9) method of determining the sensitivity of the crisis (T. D. Azarnyh, I. M. Tyrtyshnikov. For the mathematical processing of the results was used a computer version of the statistical program SPSS v.21.64.

Analysis of the results allowed us to consider the psychological reserve of self realization as characteristic of the person a synergistic level — the product of nonlinear synthesis and co-evolution of systems different levels of complexity and in different states of, it is result of harmonizations cumulative and dissipative processes, as was determine the forms of manifestation this phenomenon: the level of complexity, openness, not the stability and integrity. Analysis of the results showed the need to address the selfrealization of a medical-scientist in the context of: 1) a bio-psycho-social Cоdetermination of personality of researcher and science; 2) the dialectical unity of the researcher on the formally-dynamic and social-imperative levels and personality; 3) harmonization of processes of preservation and change researcher as an open nonlinear system / environment; 4) functional manifestations of the self organisation. As an indicator of psychological reserves of the individual physician-scientists have been identified: orientation, the degree of openness and the level of complexity of the systemic organization of researcher Information Resources.
