Abstract

The paper analyzes the results of empirical research axiological sphere of students — future economists who are at different stages of education. It was revealed internal vacuum condition in terms of creativity and sense of beauty of nature and art, and internal conflicts in relation to wealth, that determines the high state of tension and conflict in the motivational-value sphere of the individual.

Formation of the value of a personality acquires special significance not only in the general scientific context, but refracted through the training of young people, because values area suffers from significant impacts and pressures of transformation in various spheres of modern society and determines the choice of the individual ways of designing their own, including professional life.

Students were found internal vacuum condition in terms of creativity and sense of beauty of nature and art. Significant internal conflicts in both groups of students in relation to wealth defining high state of tension and conflict in the motivational-value sphere. The experience and the constant search for solution to the problem creates a negative emotional background and suppress the harmonious development of advanced students.

The prospect of further research is to explore the personal properties indyvidno-students-future economists.
