STRUCTURE OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL POTENTIAL AND KEY ELEMENTS OF ITS DEVELOPMENT DURING THE STUDY AT THE COLLEGE

Abstract

Personal and professional potential is an important psychological concept that defines one of the main features of human self-realization, the formation of his life path, the formation of life strategies. The study of personal and professional potential is a rather difficult task, because this concept is still relatively new in modern psychological science and
has not the same definition within existing psychological theories and schools, so any attempt to empirically operationalize this concept is a difficult task. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of formation of personal and professional potential. The study of personal and professional potential is quite a difficult task, since this concept is still quite new in modern psychological science and does not have the same definition within the framework of existing psychological theories and
schools. The material describes the existing methodological approaches to this problem. Based on the existing theoretical approaches, the author
proposes to consider the structure of personal and professional potential. The components of personal and professional potential development are highlighted. An empirical study is carried out and the process of formation of personal and professional potential during training at the university is considered. Empirically, the importance of integrating various areas of life in professional self-determination is shown, as well as the social importance of the profession.
